Oversized or Large Items
Some larger items require a custom shipping quote. If an item's listing indicates "Call for shipping quote," please give us a call and we'll get you a price before your order ships.

No cash refunds. All returns are processed as an exchange or store credit only.
Standard Returns
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
- Items must be in new, unused condition.
- ALL SALE AND SEASONAL ITEMS (including but not limited to Christmas, Halloween, Fall, and Independence Day items) are FINAL SALE — no exceptions.
- If you receive an item at a discounted price, that item is FINAL SALE.
- Custom creations and special orders are FINAL SALE.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. Call us at 662-509-1066 or stop by the store.
Bridal Registry Returns
- Returns must be made within 30 days of your event date.
- Exchange or store credit only.
- Must also follow the policy disclosed upon registration.
